We are looking for a Partnership Assistant (full-time) to join the Tripaneer Partnerships team remote, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

What will you be doing as a Partnerships Assistant?


Join the Partnerships team and grow the revenue of our in-house affiliate program.


You’ll identify, contact, and contract new potential partners. Once you’ve hooked them in, there comes the onboarding, account management and helping them with campaigns or content to make the most of the collaboration.



Responsibilities


Identifying and contracting new affiliate partners for Tripaneer’s category websites and Tripaneer.


Manage: Assist with integration and suggest integration types and opportunities.You will be the contact point for questions about our product, affiliate commission payments and partner dashboard.


Outreach: personal outreach to Strategic Partners, build relationships, consultative selling.


Creation: set up the campaigns/content with partners to make this partnership work.


Opportunities: Seek new opportunities to expand the partnership and optimize/ grow revenue.


Performance: Provide performance overviews on a weekly and monthly basis

Job requirements

Requirements


  • Native German language level and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor or University level education in the field of Business, Commerce or Marketing.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to turn ideas into actions. You’re a self-starter, efficient time management and strong problem solving skills.
  • Results and performance focused, with effective sales and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset - you’re constantly coming up with new ideas to grow our partner network.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to cover the US or EU Time Zones.



Plus-points


  • 1-3 years of working experience with focus on Affiliate Programs or Partnership programs.

  • Experience working in a startup environment.

  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop or other creative software.
