Tripaneer is looking for a full-time home-based independent contractor as  Email Marketing Specialist who is based in Philippines

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns. This includes market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. You will also be collaborating with other team members across departments to ensure & optimise results.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to:

  • Create conversion-driven content for the newsletters of the website(s) you are responsible for.

  • Generate ideas for the creation of content based on internal data & analytics (provided by tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, etc.)

  • Monitoring & reporting on the performance of each campaign

  • Conduct regular experiments/tests to maximize performance & conversions of newsletters.

  • Stay up to date with the latest travel news & trends and reflect them on to the creation of content.

  • Ensure the mailing list is up to date

Job requirements


  • 1-3 years of email marketing experience

  • Solid and proven experience in conversion-driven copywriting

  • Experienced in working with a CRM platform(s)

  • Excellent English (US) written and verbal communication skills – Native English speaker preferred.

  • Willingness to learn on the fly, proactive, and have the drive to grow on a personal and professional scale (results-oriented).

  • Bachelor's Degree. Any field is accepted – marketing/business or journalism graduates preferred.

  • Proven experience in measuring performance and results.

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.

  • High affinity and/or expertise in travel-related topics.

  • Ability to stay focused while working on multiple tasks, while retaining close attention to details

  • Ability to work independently as well as able to work well in a team


  • Experienced in working at an e-commerce/online business

  • Experienced in using photo editing tools (e.g: Photoshop, Canva, etc).

  • Experience living/ traveling in an English-speaking country
